Our friends from Versiti will be in town for a community blood drive.  Walk ins are always welcome, but donors are encouraged to sign up for a spot in advance:

In about an hour’s time, your lifesaving GIFT will provide up to 3 transfusions.

  • Someone in the United States needs blood every 2 seconds
  • 30% of our blood supply is used for cancer treatments
  • 62% of us are eligible to donate, yet only 3% are current donors
  • 520 Hoosier volunteers are needed 7 days/wk to meet the needs of local hospitals and their patients
