Ten Tips to Boost Your Energy is presented in partnership with CICOA and Humana.  The program will begin at 11:30 and last 30-45 minutes.  The program is open to all seniors and is free of charge.  Those who with to have a meal may register for a $3.00 CICOA luncheon by calling Kathy at the library by Wednesday, May 11 at noon.
