Event Details

Felicity Marshall of Felicity's Clay Creations will lead this 3-part clay workshop at Sugar Creek Art Center.  Please sign up for either the day or evening sessions (not both).  Felicity will guide you in creating your choice of several projects. You may choose from a tic-tac-toe board, a hanging wall pocket, or a variety of ideas using a leaf from your favorite tree.

The class consists of 3 sessions, all beginning at 3 p.m.:

  • June 3 - Construction of the project in soft clay.
  • June 4 - Completion of surface treatment and details on leather hard clay.
  • June 17 - Glazing the fired project with your choice of colors.

Funding for this program is provided by the Friends of Thorntown Public Library in partnership with the Thorntown Public Library's "Color Our World" summer reading program and is offered at no cost to the participant.
